Arrive a few minutes early to clean your equipment before class.
Stand at least 7 feet apart.
Space is limited. You must sign up for class online through the mindbody app. Click here!
Bring your own boxing gloves. Bring your own yoga mat
Wear your mask upon entry but during the workout, masks and gloves are optional.
Do not take class if you are experiencing any symptoms of or have been exposed to Covid-19.
Classes will not overlap in the building.
Members will clean equipment and wash hands again after class
Trainers will spray equipment with sanitizer after cleaning
