The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, bodyweight, kettle bells). Exercises and formats vary each week so no two boot camp sessions are the same. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push you harder and to always keep the body guessing.
