Barre: uses a combination of poses inspired by Ballet, Yoga, Pilates. Focuses on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Some classes will incorporate light weights or mats.

Bike R Barre: This class has 30 minutes of Cycling + 30 Minutes of Barre! What a combination! Cycling will leave you dripping with sweat and get your blood pumping, as you perform uphill climbs, bursts of speed, and standing drills! Then get ready for Barre, a unique workout inspired by ballet, yoga & pilates. Here, you’ll focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements, incorporating light weights and mats.

Boxing: Punch your way to fitness! This is a hardcore workout with the use of a punching bag, gloves, focus mitts, jump ropes, medicine balls, shadow boxing, running, and stretching, with an ab/core workout. We will teach proper stance and good form while also offering techniques for a full body workout. Guaranteed to get you in the best shape of your life!

Boxing + Weights: Sculpt your physique with boxing AND weights in one class. Boxing drills plus weight bearing exercises make a great combination! This unique interval training will take your muscles to exhaustion to completely change the shape of your body.

BTW (Boxing + TRX + Weights): BTW has a bit of everything! With a mix of Boxing, TRX and Weight drills, you’ll experience a full body workout! In boxing you’ll hit heavy bags(bring gloves or use ours). You’ll work the suspension straps that always leave you sore but wanting more. The third part of the workout is lifting weights that will benefit your body hours after the workout ends!

Core & More: This class is designed to functionally strengthen your abs back, glutes and more, this format focuses on the core muscles with some cardio intervals.

EverFit 60: An Original EverFit Class! 20 Minutes of Boxing, 20 minutes of Cycle and 20 minutes of Weights & Core. A perfect combination of heart pumping cardio and intense strength training. The E60 is a fun class to try!

EverFit 90: Unique to EverFit! A grueling 90 minute workout with 30 minutes of Cycling, 30 minutes of Boxing and 30 minutes of variable group fitness. This is a great monthly weekend workout that is exciting and intense—Conquer the E90 and add your name to our wall of fame and receive a Conquerer’s Bracelet!

FIT HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training is an enhanced form of interval training, alternating short periods of intense  exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Fast moving and super sweaty, intense HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning. Rev up your routine and get your heart pumping in this nonstop class!

LiveFit Bootcamp: LiveFit is a fitness program designed to service clients with a more intensified and interactive workout to burn calories and unwanted fat fast! The program includes 8 weeks of workouts, homework, nutritional planning support, food + exercise journal, one month unlimited classes at EverFit, and a bootcamp t-shirt. The boot camp setting engages our clients with a range of classes that are never the same. Our goal is to provide clients with a fun and energetic complete body workout each week. Join this closed group to have more support and accountability to reach your 2016 fitness goals.

PiYo: PiYo is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it. PiYo was designed for people who want the mind-body benefits of a yoga or Pilates workout, but with a higher-energy, higher-sweat class.

Self Guided Stations: Come in and work through several stations at your own pace. Each station focuses on a cardio or strength move for a specified amount of time. If you have 10 minutes or 60 minutes, you can customize your workout and complete as many rounds as you like. Every class is different.

Spin Cycle: Indoor cycling classes are high energy, with instructors guiding participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling more easy or difficult and constant adjustment is normal.

Station Sensation: Mix up your workout with several stations designed to work your whole body. No class is ever the same!

Sunday Funday: Get Fit and be social, our monthly Sunday Funday has a different theme each month. Get a good workout in for the first hour, then hang out and celebrate after your work out. Check Facebook for monthly theme!

Turn & Burn Cycle: Indoor cycling for beginners or advanced participants. Creates a total body workout with cycling plus circuit exercises and training drills, helping with strength, agility & balance. Trainers mix up the routine and raise your heart rate as you burn calories. Get a great sweat in this cycle class, on and off the bikes!

TRX: Suspension training is the original workout that leverages gravity & your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

TRX + Weights: This class is a mix of TRX plus strength training with free weights, lunges, squats, sit-ups, push-ups and more. Suspension training is the original workout that leverages gravity & your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises.

Ultimate Fit Camp: A high energy class that includes cardio training and weights and strength training dumbbells, lunges, squats, sit-ups, push-ups and more. This is a guaranteed full body work out.

Weights Up Strength & Sculpt: Sculpts physique by using muscle exhaustion to completely change the shape of your body. Uses body weight, dumbells, resistance bands and other equipment to provide a full body strength workout!

Yoga: Enjoy the peace within as you grow stronger and incorporate many forms of yoga at a multi-level. All class members will be challenged no matter your experience or age.
